FOOTROT CONTROL

Footrot is the most common cause of lameness in sheep. This highly infectious disease passes easily from sheep to sheep by contact and in the faeces where it can remain infectious for 7 - 10 days. FOOTVAX used as part of a whole-flock programme beginning in a dry period during the summer or autumn will control and can even totally eradicate footrot.
